Speaker Expectations

Presenting at InfoNEXT is an exciting opportunity to share your expertise, elevate the profession, and connect with peers from around the world. With that opportunity comes a responsibility to help us deliver a meaningful, consistent experience for every attendee. To support that goal, presenters are asked to follow the general expectations and registration guidelines outlined below. These ensure sessions are engaging, professional, and aligned with the high standards of InfoNEXT.
General Expectations
Presenters understand that by submitting they agree to the following general expectations:
- Presenters will be required to sign a speaker agreement.
- Presenters will not promote products or services. If presenters would like to be considered for a sponsored session, they may contact Jennifer.Millett@armaintl.org.
- Presenters may be asked to submit materials up to 12 weeks in advance of the conference kick-off.
- Presenters are expected to submit presentation materials on-time per the given deadline.
- Presenters may be asked to conduct a virtual run-through.

By presenting at the conference, Speaker grants ARMA a non-exclusive license to use their presentation, recordings, photos, and handout materials for educational and professional purposes aligned with ARMA’s mission, ensuring proper credit is given and content is not misrepresented or used to harm the Speaker’s reputation.
- Presenters may be asked to conduct interviews in advance of the event and/or participate in webinars or podcasts to promote the event.
- Priority will be given to proposals submitted by members of ARMA International.
- ARMA International is committed to building a community that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. Speakers must not use harsh language or pointed humor that disparages the rightful dignity and social equity of any individual or group.

- Presenters will receive a complimentary conference registration. For panel presentations with multiple presenters, two complimentary registrations will be given; it will be the panel’s responsibility to determine who receives the two free registrations.
- Presenters are limited to delivering two education sessions but may also serve as an expert on a panel.
