New in 2025 – Collaborative Roundtables!
This year, we’re tackling one of the biggest challenges in Information Governance: embedding IG into corporate culture. How can we shift IG from being seen as a burden to becoming part of our organization’s core values?

Following the powerful Tuesday afternoon plenary session, "The IG Holy Grail: The Challenge of Embedding Information Governance into Corporate Culture," attendees will have the opportunity to explore the key themes and challenges presented in the session through roundtable discussions. These interactive groups are designed to foster collaborative dialogue, allowing attendees to share insights, address specific hurdles, and brainstorm ideas for effectively integrating information governance into organizational culture.

We invite all attendees to help shape the conversation by sharing your thoughts in advance of these sessions using our interactive Padlet board.

How to Contribute:
Use the Padlet code provided to post your thoughts on the key challenges you’ve faced related to integrating IG into your organization’s culture. Your input will help inform and guide the roundtable discussions immediately following the plenary session.

We will provide a feed to display all contributions in real-time to help you identify common themes and prepare for more meaningful in-person dialogue.

During the Roundtables:
Roundtable groups will be organized around the key themes and challenges collected via Padlet.

Each table will have a facilitator to guide the discussion and explore shared concerns and creative solutions.

The collective output of this workshop will be incorporated into an ARMA Sponsored White Paper to be produced after the conference concludes. All participants will receive exclusive complementary access to this White Paper and author recognition in the final publication!

All those who wish to participate and receive author recognition will be required to sign a release onsite.

Padlet access details will be provided onsite.

Certificates of Attendance for CEUs

Certificates of Attendance will be available in the Attendee Service Center after the event. You will receive an email when they are available for download. Visit the InfoNEXT CEU Center page on the conference website for details on pre-approved hours.

The JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District offers a unique experience through its three architecturally and thematically distinct buildings:

Power Plant
Housed in a meticulously restored 1912 power plant, this building features industrial-chic design elements, including exposed brick and steel beams. Power Plant also hosts several dining venues, art galleries, and the Electric Moon Skytop Lounge + Moon Deck, where the closing party will be held. Hotel check-in is located in this building.

Atlantic
Inspired by maritime themes, the Atlantic building presents a contemporary design reminiscent of a luxury yacht.

Three Muses
Embodying European elegance, the Three Muses building offers a softer ambiance with polished marble interiors and whimsical art pieces.

Guest Room Assignments
Please note that guest rooms are distributed across all three buildings. While each building offers a unique experience, room assignments are made based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in a specific building.
